Salary late

Hi its dino here i was working in this company for foodpanda process the training days are which given by the company is 10 working days including ojt and certification but company delay our certification and streched for 1 month on a pay roll of 300 rs per day and the salary i got offered is 16,000 rs, but the company only provide me the salary 8,000 saying fraud company
