SAIF Pujaab University did not send my IR spectrum my drug samples

Name of company/service: Dr HS Gour University

Dear sir I had sent 3 drug samples along with application letter and demand draft of rupees 340/ dated 07-05-2012 to SAIF PU Chandigarh for getting the IR spectrum of my drugs but they did not send me IR spectrum of my drugs.I reminded them 2 times by email but they are not replying even they are not attending phones.What should I do??Please suggest me.
