Respected VOLTAS Managements,
I lodged a complaint for my split AC on 18.06.2018 and attended by MALIK COOL CARE by replacing outdoor FAN MOTOR and paid Rs.3500/- vide receipt no.39 dated 18.06.2018.
On 11.08.2018, my AC again become faulty and complaint was attended by Air Freeze technician and he told for service and refilling the gas which was done and paid Rs.590/- vide receipt no,11120 and Rs.2124/- vide receipt no.8515 dated 11.08.2018 to them.
On 22.08.2018, my Split AC again become faulty but attended on 25.08.2018 after several reminders and visited technician was so unskilled that he switched off the main MCB switch of my shop instead of AC MCB switch and same thing done on 27.08.2018 by the same technician and told that the gas refilling and coil replacement is required and demanded Rs,6500/- for its maintenance,
In the light of above incidents, I like to draw your kind attention to take action against your outsourcing unskilled staff instead of providing the service, they are sabotaging the AC parts and creating problems for cutomers and earning for VOLTAS.
Please see this live example of this looting to customers, how much I have paid and demands for Rs.6500/- is pending.
Kindly rectify my Split AC asap and take action against these unskilled staff which are defaming VOLTAS accountablity.
