and i got my mobile on working condition on 25.4.2009(31 days after it’s submission to the service center). it worked fine for about 3 days and after that the same problem occured, firstly hang for sometime and after 2 days it got fully stuck once again. the service centre guy has told me that he had changed the processor. on 10.05.2010 i once again went to the service center(mereena electronics, tc 28/986(1), swara 46, saroj bhavan, thiruvananthapuram). i saw the guy who repaied my mobile previously and he told me that it might be the software problem this time, he told me that the installed software is not an indian version. he installed the indian version software and called me after 1 hour, i went there and at that time also the mobile was fully stuck. then he realised that some problem is there in the screen and he told me that it will take 5 more days to get it done(please remember the fact that i was living without any mobile for the past one and a half months becuase of the same service centre),1 day for studying and 4 days for repairing. how can i rely on such a mobile with thiz much frequent complaints. the token number of my complants are 9652 on 18.3.2010 and 520 on 10.5.2010. kindly do necessary arrangements eithter to replace the mobile with a new one or kindly refund the amount.
