RUDE BEHAVIOUR OF LADY STAFF

I have taken a quotation from Kompally, Hyderabad showroom for honda activa 3 days back. I couldn’t buy, because I need a week’s time for arranging the amount. But I’m disappointed by the way one of their staff spoke to me through phone.
I got a call from one of the employee at around 4pm today. It was a lady. “She told me in a rough manner “If you aren’t interested, then why to take the quotation?? Why are you wasting our time(In Telugu)??”. So, I just wanted to know Is this how Raam honda trains there staff?

Taking the quotation doesn’t mean that I will buy the vehicle only from Raam honda showroom. I have to compare the rates, whichever is the best, we go for it right??

I’m totally disappointed by her rude behaviour. I demand an apology.
I Still respect the companies fame. But yeah, one staff is enough to spoil it.
I do have the contact number through which she has contacted. But unfortunately it’s switched off and she did not reveal her name.
