Rude behaviour

Name of company/service: Airtel landline and BB

Hi Sir/ Madam,

I got a call today from Airtel ie 02060603786 at 15:08 hrs today. The person was asking me to make a payment of rs 3953/- which i told will be done next month as do not have the cash. Also previously i have repeatdly told them to contact my husbands number and make a note of it which is not done. This person threans me that I will be put to the shivaji court and spoke extremely rudely to me. Please check the recording. I called back the same number immediately asking for a manager and he disconnected the call. Please help me with this rude insensitive behaviour.

    I also got similar call from this number. When I checked with the Airtel, they told that this is not an Airtel official number. I think this is a team of Fraudsters who are trying to earn money pretending to be Airtel employees.

    I also got call from this number as well as a message from number 8308022283 that my case is gone legal and you have to meet to Advocate Joshi at Shivaji Nagar Court.
    There could be a racket of people who are harrasing the Airtel customers. I think Airtel Company should take step to investigate such incidence and save their company’s prestige.
