Dear Sir,

Please find the details of correspondence had with Syndicate bank for the deduction of Rs. 10,000/- from my father’s salary account without any cause. Since my father is not familiar with electronic gadgets, so I am corresponding on his behalf.

Dear Gentleman,

After following-up for so lengthy period of time, (on behalf of my father’s(Mr. Uday Singh) salary account, since he is not familiar with modern technical/electronic gadgets ) I am not only frustrated but loosing my mental balance, since it is my hard earned money( Rs. 10,000/-) & in no circumstances going to forgo the said amount, since in my family of ten members I being the lead earning member. Due to mental disbalance, anything can happen viz. knock the door of Consumer forum Court, sit on hunger strike unto death or the heinus crime i.e. commit suicide.

Therfore I once again humbly request you all to take-up my(Father Mr. Uday Singh’s) matter on priority & relieve us of our mental agony at the shortest possible time.

We have been rigorously following up with SBI Bank, But sorry to inform you that we are not getting proper response from your end for my 10,000 Rs wrongly debited from my account, nor phone calls/ information are being properly responded to us in this regard.

Hence, you are requested kindly give us the status of all activities in written, which has happened & which is happening between SBI & Axis Bank. Since we are facing financial problem due to lack of my aforesaid amount from last six months but resolutution is still pending at your end, and we are not able to bear it furthermore, Please do the needfull accordingly as early as possoble.

Dear Sir, This has referenced to the trailing mails & various telecon with Syndicate Bank & Axis Bank regarding my 10,000/- Rs wrongly debited from my account wihtout any proof & documentation from Both Banks. But there is no response come from both Banks yet. so that i am fully irritate. Since it’s a salary account & You are once again requested please look in to the matter very seriously & give me the proper reply with my 10,000/-Rs amount as early as possible. Since we have spent more than 04 months in this To & Fro hence advice me whether we should go for consumer court or Police FIR in this regard.

This has referenced your earlier mail & repeatedly advice by Syndicate Bank & Axis Bank, I have paid 500Rs. to syndicate bank for see the CCTV footage throughout the incident. But there is no any action has been taken care by bank till now. You are once again requested please issue a letter to Axis Bank Branch to show the CCTV footage during the incident, as early as possible. I am fully disturbed by this unsolved occurrence. Please help & resolve my problem as early as possible.

Dear Sir

We had lodged dispute on Axis Bank on 22.12.11 in respect of your transaction for Rs.10000.00 on 13.12.11. The same was represented by them on 26.12.11 as it was successful at their end. Again pre-arbitration claim was raised on Axis Bank on 18.01.12 but the same was again represented by them on 04.02.12. As per Axis Bank the transaction is successful at their end and cash has been dispensed. You have to request your branch to issue a letter to Axis Bank Branch to show the CCTV footage. On production of the letter to Axis Bank by you, they will show the CCTV footage. This is for your kind information.

I went to withdrew the cash from an Axis bank ATM, Branch ID 429, Near Bus Stand Palwal, but the transaction was failed with an error message transaction timed out, but the 10,000Rs cash was debited from my account, after that i have lodged complaint regarding it in my account branch in DTC Kalka Ji Depo, New Delhi. but staff of branch & Mr. Ashok Kumar Jindal ( Employee of syndicate bank) says that we are trying to make contact with Axis bank. & giving reply to me that the axis bank is not taking serious about this incident.
