royalimages send me wrong product and refuse to replacement

i purchsed hcl tablate y2 model from royalimages.com and they give me wrong peace which is completely non usable,I complain in HCL customer care and they give me DOA report and told me that your replacement will given by royalimages.com,I call in royalimages.com customer care but every time they told me that “our courier boy will come at your address and pick up wrost product and give you new product in next 7 days”but no-one come here in last 3 month from royal images and no-one give me satisfied answer royal images customer care,So please don’t purchase any product from royalimages,com
