Is Fraud and looting customer. I would highly recommend not to go to the shop. I had a pretty bad experience last week. I had given my spects to change the glass as the number has increased. Fraud people showed me the glass and order was made to change the glass with the check up done at their shop. They took all the money in advance. Next day I was surprise to see the spects ( Frame) which they are giving me is of cheap quality. They changed the entire frame and are returning me with some cheap frame which was not mine. The owner of the shop not ready to accept as they robbed or stole or God knows what they did with the original frame of mine which was much more soft and imported one.
The owner is not ready to listen and was fighting and forcing us to believe as the cheap frame is ours. How can a person forget his frame of the spects this he should understand. I will not sit quite. I will report to consumer forms and make sure that Kumar Optical gives me my frame back.
