I am really disappointed with the services of Airtel. I am working With NIIT Technologies Ltd. I got the pamplet for the bill plan in my office and i opted for the bill plan on my two Airtel Numbers. Now roaming charges were 60p incoming 80p STD outgoing etc. But i have been charged 1rs flat. I had a word with Nodal office, appleate and customer care. No one understands my problem and if someone understands it but he/she doesnot know how to solve it. THis is really pathetic. It’s been 2 months now i am following with Airtel Please let me know What to do ?
