Name of company/service: TATASKY
I am a registered tata sky service holder.As i was out of station I coudnt recharge my account.Still there was 8 rupee balance.But whn i came back I tried several times for online recharge but it was showing service unavailable.they flashed a message in my TV screen for payment reminder so i coudnt watch TV properly.customer care people told me that i must have a credit card to recharge or else not possible .Thisis the companies service whose name is TATA.This not only happened first time most of the time it happens that there website is down.i launch a complain and need a proper action against such companies
