Name of company/service: Airtel
Airtel has charged me Rs. 5900/- unfairly for mobile data usage.
Their customer executive gave me wrong information, they have been rude on phone, and it has been 3 weeks since I have lodged the complaint.
This is a case of mental harassment, horrible customer service and unjustified charges.
