I wrote a mail to fashionandyou after various calls and received no answer:

Dear Sir,

I made a purchase of 4 Kurtis from your website www.fashionandyou.com The size of the kurtis are small and not as per my standard size. I made a call on your helpline no. 0120-6739999 requesting for the reverse pick-up on July 11, 2012. The executive scheduled July 14, 2012 for the reverse pick-up and committed that it will be done on the day committed (i.e. July 14, 2012). On the scheduled day neither I received any call from your office nor any person has come for reverse pick-up.

On July 15, 2012 at 2.30p.m. I made a call at your customer care no. requesting for the same and informed your executive that no action has been taken for reverse pick-up at your end. Your executive committed to me that the I shall get the response of my request within 72 hours. Then again the whole story repeated and no one has called me up to resolve my query nor any person has come from your office for reverse pick-up.

On July 19, 2012, I called up at your customer care no. for the same complaint again and this time I spoke to Mr. Amit who introduced himself as the floor manager and committed me that I shall receive the call today itself and my request will be responded at the earliest. On the same day at 7.00 p.m. I received a call of Ms. Shivangi from Fashion and You and now she committed that the reverse pick-up will be done within the time of 48 hours.

On July 21, 2012, I called up again at your helpline no. for checking that whether the person is coming today for reverse pick-up. Your executives didn’t respond me with any clear answer and then I asked for Mr. Amit (floor manager) and everytime executives started telling me that he is not available or he is on other call and put me on hold for 20 minutes.

I’m very upset from your services and your executives totally frustrated me by not giving me any clear answer and putting my call on long holds. This is the mental harassment has been done by your executives. I’m sure I will never going to buy anything from your website.

This is my last mail to your customer care email, I will not call you people anymore as everytime I call I suffers from the severe headache. Your executives are only concerned about the verification of the customers and not with resolving their problems.

Now I’m going to lodge a complaint in the Consumer Court against the services you provide to your customers.
