   Dear Sir,
   Ref.: HDFC Credit Card No.5289 4550 0310 4780
   Sub: Reversal of Various Charges & Settlement of dues
   With reference to the aforesaid subject, please note that I am holding and using the said HDFC Credit Card No. 5289 4550 0310 4780 for more than 1 years. Until before last half year or so, I was regular in making payments which can be verified from my records. However, my earnings have gone down and as a result of this I am finding very difficult to make the payments.
   Also, during last 4 months or HDFC has debited lot of charges inadvertently as under:

   1) Late Fee which is present in almost all last 4 months or so plus Service Tax
   2) Interest Rate raised very high per month.

   The outstanding as on date primarily is on account of huge interest amount plus Renewal Fee plus Late Fee etc. The Interest rate charged is @ 3.50% per month which is too high. I have tried to convene them said give me some time but no one helped me from HDFC. HDFC has pushed me into such a situation from where I will never be able to get rid off. The way HDFC has charged various fee /charges etc I have no other option but to commit suicide.

   I am not denying the fact that I have used the card but you must understand my worsening financial position from payments made during last 18 months or so.

   In this context, you are requested to reverse the following:
   1) Interest Rate differential as against old rate of 3.00% per month
   2) Late Fee which is present in almost all last 4 months or so plus Service Tax

   I am ready to repay the computed outstanding amount after reversal of said interest / charges in one go. I am getting lot of threatening calls from various Agencies of yours for payment of minimum dues.

   It may further be noted that I will not pay any amount until I receive the revised outstanding amount from HDFC after taking into account the aforesaid charges / fee / levies.

   Also, it may be noted that if any damage / injury caused to me because of my holding of said HDFC Credit Card No. 5289 4550 0310 4780, HDFC will be solely responsible for the said damage / injury.

   Kindly do the needful on urgent basis to enable me to clear the computed outstanding Amount.
