I M.Santraj who has a got family optima plan and my policy number is : P/700002/01/2018/052350. As i am your customer from 3 years as i admited my child VARUNYA in SAFE HOSPITAL on December 2 2017 before admiting i called on toll free no i.e 18004252255 to know whether this hospital is network hospital or so your executive has said me that it is a network hospital so i went there i produced my id card and hard copy of policy recept as it was night 9 pm the hospital people told me that there was no executive of star health insurance and they ask me to pay a token amount of Rupees five thousand and the and i can get back that amount if i have insurance and after two days i got discharged, and till that time also the isurance person didn’t turned up so they ask me to pay the bill and i paid the bill after that star health concerned person came n told me to give all the documents for Reumbersment then i gave all the documents to him n he told me that he will submit the documents and i will get that in my account and after 10 days i called him he says he has submited but when i call on your toll free number they people say they have not recieved the documents after many calls the executive has sent the documents on January 16 2018 and again i contacted on your toll free number after one week again they say that they recived the documents but some documents are missing again contacted your executive he says he has sent but not recieved at your office this people are playing with me its already 2 months still i not the amount . I want where the problem is kindly do the need full
