Retailor did not give the bill and warranty card

dear sir,

my name is bikash pradhan. I am from Bargarh, Orissa, Post code- 768028.

I have purchased a D2H connection on 06.07.2012 From Sanjay Sales,Opposite side og BAJAJ Show room, Bargarh, Orissa,pin- 768028. on that day after payment when i asked to give the Satellite box,cash memo and warranty card the retailor told me that it will not require now and the company representative go to your home and install the product and give the required documents after installation. on 07.07.2012 the representative came and install the product and then they fill up the Customer Agreement form cum work order and give me a carbon copy of it but this was neither signed by customer or the service engineer. they also did not give me any warranty card ,the invoice or cash memo.

on 9.9.2012 i went to the retailor and asked for cash memo and warranty card. did not give me but argue with me and told it is a networking product it has no bill. and we can not give a bill for it.
