I brought this phone “NOKIA Asha 303” on 31/03/2012. Since then the phone is not working properly.

On the very first day it had a Network problem, I submitted this phone to Nokia care after that it’s battery back up totally gone down it started giving back-up for just 4-5 hours. Now it just came up with the new problem .i.e It does not stop charging. I submitted this phone again to Nokia care but they came out with no solution and phone is still with Nokia care and it’s been week and i didn’t get any revert back from Nokia care(Communication Solution Okhla)

Sir It’s been 8-10 times i have visited to Nokia care since the phone has been purchased. I have tried mailing them to resolve the issue but again no revert back from them, Then I tried to sort it over phone, but again no revert back. They always say you will get a call from their end which I never got.

The Nokia care staff laugh at customers who visit there more than 3 times. Even the stand-by provided by them does not work properly.

I would like to request you to take some action against Nokia as I a Businessman and it is really hampering by business as I have already lost my two clients just because of lack of communication as there was battery failure again n again.
and It has already been 8-10 times I am visiting Nokia care
