Dear Sir,
We have valid tickets for travel from Bhopal to Mumbai by flight AI 634. It is noted that it has been rescheduled from 7 .30pm To morning 7.45am. I have my scheduled work till 5.30pm on 10th Dec 2012. I have also noted that your communication related to delay/reschedule has been passed on 9th dec 2012 at 7PM. It is shame on AI that thay reschedule the flights without any information.
I have informed the CMD air Indian by fax the same. I have not received any reply about the same. Meanwhile I have spoken to Mr Naidu MBO. He assured me that he shall do the needful for my flight on 11th Dec 2012.
If Air india failed to put me on flight AI 634 for 11th Dec 2012, I shall put my claim to consumer court for amount of Rs 55,000/-.
