Please act on this compaint assoon as possible because i am in touch with micromax company for for last one month and during this period they haven’t given me any satisfactory answer.
As I am providing all necessary details that is required,
All above details are copied from trial mail which was communicated with micromax company by me
For lash one & half month was terrible And mentaly harrasement for me due to service center of micromax company.
I am requesting you to please take required and necessary action & do needful.

For last one month I am continiously in your contact & communicating with you but you have not given me any resolution time , always replied that we have forwarded your request.
But this time i want resolution time.

Hi Team

This is further to below mail that i am sending 2nd time new attached job sheet for the below issue that was issued by the service center after one month of submitting the hand set on 08/06/2012 At that time of receiving the hand set , service center executive gave me a different job sheet Both the job sheets are attached that was required by you.
If you are not able to rectified the problem then either return my money or issue me new set because of this ,I am getting mentally harassment and this problem also hampers my daily life,as i have already waiting for the hand set for more then last one month therefore request you to kindly get the hand set fix or replace it with the new one as i have lot of difficulty without the phone after expanding huge amount , my money was wasted without the hand set kindly take urgent & necessary action.
I have purchase this micromax hand set to improve my daily earnings but its totally unfaired for me that for last one month I haven’t contact to my family , relatives and my business partners because i did not have any spare hand set with me.
At last kindly give your focus on this issue and try to resolve it ASAP.

Still i have not got any satisfied answer from the service center that upto what time i will get back my hand set , when ever i try to visit service center, it was closed . I have also tried phone number , but unable to contact to service center staff.
It was already one month passed , so please give your kind concern towards this matter and to needful ASAP.

Comments : i have purchased a micromax handset dated on – 30/3/12 model no.

Issue’s———-
1—bluetooth was not worked from date of purchased 2—–within 15 days of
purchased , Handset shows sound problem , when played any video , game , mp3
song sometimes it sound —sometime does not 3–battery backup is very low
less then 20 hours on standby mode.
Finally I submmit it on service center “Gulmohar Enterprises” on 8/5/12 and
they given us one week time.
When i contact after one week ,they told us that company had not provide
them required parts so that they can repaired the particular handset.
when i asked that upto what time i will got back my handset in working
contion.
Answer from servce center executive that i will not able to give any fixed
time .
At last
I am waiting for your relpy and kindly do the needful ASAP
