Dear Mr. Ankit Singh,

 This Model of C6-00 phone is purchased on 1st Jan 2012 .
 Fault TOUCH SCREEN HANGING erupted within 2/3 months of use
 Ist repair done by Instant Solutions , Gurgaon for repairs vide job ser no. 15143327/120413/52 on 13th April 12. The set was returned after the repairs on 20th April.
 2nd time repair for the same fault by JAIN communications , Alwar ( at bhiwadi ) to redo the repairs on 28th April/ JOB No 21438 & same was received back on 5th May & to my dismay the problem is still existing.
 3rd time repair for the same fault by M/S Jain Communications , Opposite Purusharthi Dharamshala , Near Bus Stand , ALWAR 301001 vide JOB SHEET NO 21516 dated 12th May 2012 & returned back on 26th May.
 The SAME fault has erupted again now on 1st June 2012.

Even after repairing THRICE THE DEFECT HAS NOT GONE , My day to day work is getting affected & I am compelled to buy a new phone for the use due to the defective & unreliable set SOLD TO ME BY NOKAI .

Your following mail says that NOKIA DOES NOT HAVE THE POLICY OF REFUND – I HOPE NOKIA HAS A POLICY OF REPLACEMENT.
CAN NOKIA SAY WHAT SHOULD BE THE POLICY OF CUSTOMER ON SUFFERING AFTER HANDING OVER HARD EARNED MONEY FOR DEFECTIVE ITEM ?

I HAVE LOST THE PATIENCE NOW AS I AM WASTING MY TIME & HAVE WASTED MY MONEY.

I Am looking for the FINAL solution from Nokia .

By the way no one called till now.

This refers to my below correspondence on the DEFECTIVE NOKIA DEVICE C6 -00 . On your advice I took the delivery of the phone from the Jain Communications . The system has developed the same defect of Touch Screen not working / gets hanged again .

To my great dismay NOKIA has given me defective set of the mobile phone which has been repaired 3 times for the same defect & have not been able to correct the defect.

I think NOKIA is not taking a serious thought on the issue – The phone has been bought in JAN 2012 .

YOU ARE REQUESTED TO REFUND THE COST OF THE MOBILE TO ME AND ADVISE ME AS WHERE THE PHONE SHOULD BE HANDED OVER BACK TO NOKIA.

I received a telephone call from your representative Mr. Manoj to day afternoon asking me to take the delivery of my telephone instrument from the service centre M/S Jain Communications with whom it has been deposited for repairs for the same defect third time.

Mr. Manoj has said the defect has been repaired by the service centre . I have advised him to send me a reply mail as follows :

• I NEED A WRITTEN ASSURANCE BEFORE I TAKE THE DELIVERY THAT THE MOBILE SET HAS BEEN REPAIRED FROM ALL THE DEFECT AS ADVISED IN THE JOB CARD – THE TOUCH SCREEN DISPLAY IS NOT WORKING AFTER 30 MINS OF SWITCHING ON.
• ASLO I NEED THE REPLY IN CASE THE DEFECT IS REPAIRING – WHAT COURSE OF ACTION WILL BE TAKEN BY NOKIA.

I Will not be accepting the similar assurance as has been given in past two repairs for the third time. So it will be required to either refund me the cost paid towards the purchase of the set or replace it by a new one.

I purchased a NOKIA C8 / 3579010473312879 from the MOBILE STORE, Shop No 122 , Sector-14 , Gurgaon ( STORE 2512) vide Invoice no. 10097/4990522 dated 1st of Jan 2012

I also purchases the extended warranty EW2515328077 on the same day .

After a use of 2/3 months the UNIT developed the faults with the TOUCH SCREEN getting HANGED . The set was given to NOKIA Service Centre , Instant Solutions , Gurgaon for repairs vide job ser no. 15143327/120413/52 on 13th April 12. The set was returned after the repairs on 20th April & unfortunately the SET was found having same problems still existing . The SET was again given to JAIN communications , Alwar ( at bhiwadi ) to redo the repairs on 28th April/ JOB No 21438 & same was received back on 5th April & to my dismay the problem is still existing .

By this mail – I request you to look in to the same & REPLACE my Set with a new one .
