Request for Payment of cancelled order

Respected Sir,
I have booked a mobile in infibeam.com on 9th march for which I have made an advance payment of Rs2000/-. On 11th march I have cancelled the order but still now I have not got any refund amount from them. My order no is 10365407. I have called there customer care they are saying that we have refunded the amount and consult your bank and I am saying to give the transaction no they are saying that it is not needed. I have consulted the bank about it they are saying that you have not received any payment in your account. I have sent the mail and they are not giving any clear response. So I request you to take the action and help me to recover my amount as fast as possible.
