Request for immiediate stopping of EMI from Coorporation Bank, Ramprastha Branch for property in Noida Extension

Location/place: A 49, Sector 34, NOIDA -(U.P.)

I would like to inform you that I booked a flat in Gaur City1, Noida Extension in August 2010 and had taken Home Loan from Corporation Bank, Ramprastha Branch for the same.

You must be aware of the fact that Honorable High Court of Allahabad had put stay on all the construction activities in the area until NCR Planning Board gives approval for master plan 2021. Also, few farmers have challenged the verdict of High Court of Allahabad in Supreme Court of India and the matter is subjudice. From last 1 year or even more, no construction has taken place in the area but I am continuously paying the EMI to the bank. In my opinion, the verdict given by the Allahabad Court is one sided and they should have also considered the pain suffered by the middle class family who are paying to the bank their hard earned money which is going in vein. It’s not only the responsibility of individual but also of bank to verify all the documents before approving the loan.

I would therefore request you to kindly send a notice to the concerned bank that I am unable to pay the EMI till everything get approved and construction starts.

Please let me know if any more details are required, will disclose all other details related to flat address and bank once you find that my request can be entertained.
