This is to inform that one Mr. Fayaz has said to have posted a negative complaint which is an utter false complaint against a 20 year old company.
Medzone is an integral part of Ethix Health Care a pharmaceutical manufacturing company with its own factories in Himachal.
This said man has not shared his side of the fact, which is very important when it comes to customer relation. None of our office has met this man in person for any sort of claim or complaint and the number posted in the complaint is still active which itself is a proof of our integrity.
If he had a real passion for business he would have visited any of our offices which are spread in 6 cities around India.
Such baseless complaints has to be removed for the betterment of the company’s growth and reputation.
