Dear Sir
I Bought the Furniture from Reliance Living on November 2010. In Three Seater Sofa there’s problem. Inspite of repeatedly lodging complaint to replace or repair the sofa (even they have acknowledge that there’s problem) no action is taken. Manager Vishal had promised that it’ll be replaced or repaired that nothing has done to solve the issue since five months.
