Name of company/service: beetail.
I am purchasing a Beetel Led Monitor(Sl No.99754wd4165) on four month
ago.But there have a problem in display.I have logged the call on
19.05.2012 & call log no is 12051606880096. Engineer
arrived on 22.05.2012.He tell me that he don’t understand the problem
and it sould be replaced.But i reminder the issue in customar care
continiously from 2month.But they could not resolve the problem and
also dont replace the monitor.
When i purchase the monitor it should have on site warranty but your
company tell me that after replacing the monitor it sould collect from
your service centre.Then why your company tell it is on site warranty?
