Dear sir/mam,
i had buy a Samsung Grand Mobile on 28-03 -2013 . After a week its giving problem like Screen blanck,lining on screen , Hanging,Heating, Battry backup.
i have submitted my mobile on 13-04-2013 on Maa Vaishnavi Service at Lakshmi Nagar. i have already 5 times gone at service center .They are Changed my Phone Mother Board,LCD. every Time they told your mobile is ok , but steel there are same problem in phone . every time i say please replace my phone but they didn”t here . and my phone is steel in service center.
I want to replace my Phone Or Refund Of Money.
Please Help me.
