i purchased a dell inspiron 14 laptop on march 15 from the purchase day onwards i have been encountering a problem on my led screen
Then I contacted the Dell people.There my call keeps on transferring from one end to other like a pendulum.ie from sales dept to Technical one.And each and every time I have to give them my service tag number of my laptop and explain them the whole story.
.I have wasted my momentus time in such mediocre activities.
It’s very frustrating and pathetic.
Tell me what should I do?
