Replacement of damaged mouse

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a E Blue Wireless Keyboard & 1480 dpi wireless mouse by purchase order ID:8868383 from a online retailer in name of www.infibeam.com of which the mouse is not working as it fails to get activated on inserting battery into it…thus doesn’t works at all. The order was placed on 19.05.12 and was deleivered to me on 25.05.2012. Than I placed the complaint of ” Mouse not working” on 26.05.2012 for which I am following the online company almost every next day…but they are just saying that they are talking with the courier company for pickup of damaged mouse from me but till date no pick up has been done from my place. They are not saying anything about the time they will take to repair/replace the material…the mouse. We have callled them up several times on the customer care no 18001026026 for this reason.I thus request you to please look into the matter and take necessary disciplinary action against the company.
