I had purchased videocon V6200 in the month of Nov’11 from Indiatimes shopping and product received was not as per commited softwares (Map My India) in mobile handset.since there were no software (Map My India) as committed in Advertisement, I visited local service centre of Videocon in Ahmendabad and after dicussion with service centre person I was shocked to heared that there were no IMEI no written in Invoice and hence that was stolen phone as per Govt.rules.
I repeatedly called Indiatimes customer call centre but they are unable to understand the problem and they had given me contect no of their vendor NEXt Retail from where mobile handset was dispetched. I had called Next Retails Delhi as well as Next Retails Mumbai but they said that they are not responsible for such issues and I have to contect Indiatimes shopping only.
Than again I called up to India times call centre and I got complaint no – 45323 on 18th Dec’11 from Mr.Ruchir Sharma. He advised for reverse pick up of defective products. I was glad that some one is looking with possitive approach. Person from aramex courier was came to pick up product on 3rd Jan’12 with AWB no – 666075 and product was sent to NEXT retail, Mumbai as per given details of Indiatimes shopping.
Since that day I had called several times to Indiatimes shopping and also write lots of mails to their operation head but not getting any result till date. I request you to help me to get my phone back at earliest.
