It is really a big name to attract a customer . I have purchased Split AC 1 ton Refrigerator , LCD 32 ” all of videcon in a same day from Priya Sales Kharghar Navi Mumai.
That is because of the brand name & trust on company.
When TV was installed , I noticed some abnormal colours & patches on the display , I complaint about it at customer care .
Company is saying that they will repair it. Now imagine that how bad it feels that you are getting a defective piece in the cost of genuine & sealed product.
I have been cheated by Videocon Electronics . If i will not get the replacement in 2 working days , i will lodge a complain in customer court Belapur.
I am not giving any warning , it is a deadline for them to replace the TV with new one not to repair.
