I purchased Ford ikon flair 1.3 from Suzee groups dealer-Rockcity Ford ,tiruchy-1 on July 2008.Extended warranty is available up to July 2011.Middle of 2009 fuel pump failed and Rockcity took the vehicle and repaired the fuel pump after lot of persuation.Now also pump failed.Rockcity people told pump failure is due to rusting of pump casing.Since rusting of casing is due to low quality of material, i asdked them to repair again and give the vehicle.They took the car on 18/10/2010 and till not doing anything.Hence i requet people to suggest guidelines to proceed futher.
