This is to inform you that i had buyed an 42″ LED LCD TV of LG brand. Purchase was done on 18-01-2012 from Maharashtra Electronics(Powai)
As it has just completed 6 months & we noticed some problem with LCD Screen as it was flashing. It was informed to LG Customer Care number 18001809999 on 06-07-2012 and request number was given RNA120706011002 saying that it will be seen in 24 hrs.
Next day technician came after checking he suggested that i need to order some part & it will be coming in a week time & problem would be fixed.
Now when we are trying to track the request their is no reply from customer care & even no action being taken by service station for last 2 days.
As the defect is being consistently increasing (flashing of screen) & might affect some other part.
So we request you to look forward in this matter at the earliest.
