dear sir,
i had purchased a mobile phone of Spice company last year in September and it has a technical defect regarding it headphone profile.
so i went to company service center yesterday. the service provider told me to wait for 40 odd days to get it repaired.
sir my complain is that if i will switch off my mobile for 40 days who is going to pay my all loses.
i have also mailed to company service center yesterday but did not found any reply.also all their customer care no. are never working.
sir i request you to take suitable action so that i could get my phone right back in right time.
