On 23rd May’12, I had bought a 1.5 ton Samsung split A/C from Chandra Radio, Haldwani, ph no. 05946-250217 with invoice no. 1306.
After about 10 days the A/C had suddenly stopped working and thus I registered a complaint on 3rd June’12 in customer care centre using ph no. 0120-30308282 vide complaint no. 8442984201.
Later on 7th June’12, a local mechanic had visited to check the A/C but he claimed that he is unable to repair it and only an engineer will be able to fix the problem.
On 9th June’12 Mr. Varis, an engineer had come to examine the AC. He told that the compressor of this AC has to be changed and it will be done in a day or two.
I constantly called the haldwani’s customer care on ph no. 05946-254111 to get the problem rectified at the earliest but the representatives kept me consoling by saying that it will be fixed in the coming two days. But to my dismay, no action was taken.
Then I called the customer care centre in Noida on 19thJune’12 and on telling my complaint no. they forwarded my call as an urgent message and assured that the A/C will be repaired soon. On calling the haldwani’s customer care centre I was told that a compressor for our A/C is being dispatched from noida and it will reach haldwani by Thursday. Thus on Friday our compressor would be finally replaced.
A baby girl was born in our house on 10th May’2012. Moreover the summers this year are highly threatening and overpowering. The newly born baby was unable to face this heat and due to the same reason I had bought an AC. Because of the installation of the AC we had even removed our cooler. Today is the 18th day since when your AC had stopped working and till now no action has been taken. We are striving in this scorching heat. Despite of requesting for no. of times nobody adhered to our problem, neither a standby AC was provided to us.
Why do you sell such products whose spare parts are not easily available in the market?
