sir, i am an smart user.
In smart they start vas eventually without my request,
And more than 3 to 4 time they grap my sms voucher amount, when i contacted to custmer care they said to me that u are not recharged acoordng to our policy.
Yesterday i stop my sms voucher and confirm it by calling to customer care after that i activated new sms plan, but today they again renew my old sms pack, and recharge that i done yesterday is lapsed.
