my remote not working, I have placed request for new remote it was delivered by technician but he did not pair the remote with TV remote. I called and raised request for paring so many times nobody visited for paring.
Then, I managed it by myself and done the paring then after 20 days only that remote stop working now I called customer care again since two days I am raising complaint they are giving complaint number but technician not coming also he is not picking the call whenever I call on customer service they just raised complaint and said next day issue will be resolved bu nobody came till now.
worst service I am regretting choosing airtel never go with airtel. there should be an option for portability for airtel STB.
