i had made a complaint on 9/6/2012 regarding the bills generated fo the period while the connection was disconnected during the bill circle of mar-apr 2012. now i want the waiver of the bill amount so tht i could get it started again. my docomo number is 9216902349 . the same problem is with the other number too which is 9216411966 . i hope the matter will be resolved .*for clarifications my mobile number is 9815419154 . waiting for the reply…*

    As per our records you had an outstanding amount of Rs. 526.99 and there was no wrong billing can not be waived off the bill..Please clear the outstanding amount and also if the device disconnected the same cannot be provided to you
