I am a Relience Digital TV consumer, I am facing issue with no signals since last 20days. I logged so many complains for the same but no one is paying any heed on this and Relience people asking for Rs.1000 for Engineer visit to rectify issue whether my connection is under warranty.
First I raised so many complains on 13th July(183083602), on 16th(183291024) and on 18th and 23rd of July. Your engineers are closing the case without any resolution.
I called so many times to customer care and had word with so many supervisors (Vikky,Kamal,Gagan,Kapoor), they all are making false commitment and even do not know how to talk to a customer. Your customer care people are frequently disconnecting my call and putting me on 45mins of hold.
Your people gave me the number of local engineer(09307744999) of Varanasi, when I called him he gave me the number of another engineer and both are asking money(Rs.1000) to visit at my premise.
I am totally dissatisfied of your services and this issue is going to be very grave.
Kindly do the needful.
