Reliance’s new plan cheated….

Location/place: Beltola, Guwahati-Assam

I am a victim of reliance 3G speed issue.
I am using a reliance dongle 7.2 mbps data card with a reliance prepaid sim. Everything was alright till the last recharge of a new plan 449, what promises to provide a data amount of 2GB valid for 30 days. But soon after the recharge the speed dropped to near about 125 Kbps. While in the same area with the same pc I used to get upto 3 mbps earlier. While using other reliance sim speed remain up to the mark. I addressed the issue to local reliance comm head office but I noticed they are just busy with their domestic gossips on the front desk all the times, telling me lies and triyimg to fool me. They are just giving me wrong informations. I even talked to the customer care people, but they are also unable to give me any concrete solution. This time I am prceeding to cunsumer court to adrees it and claim my money and withdraw as much reliance connections I can. We should never go to these kinds of services what just lays harresments on the subscribers. Now, I personally do not assist anyone to select reliance products. My email id is: [email protected]
