Name of company/service: Reliance Smart
I recharged my number of Reliance (GSM) Smart on 03/06/2012 from an
online site by an amount of 250. I got a confirmation message from
reliance of successful recharge and i was given balance of 0.01 Rs. At that
time i did not worried as i had some balance in my phone but after some
time i realized that i have reached zero balance. I called customer care
9827098270 but it was IVR and they charge Rs0.5 for 3 minutes to talk to
executives. There for i again recharged by Rs. 110 and then talked to
cutomer care executives he said that they do not have any information of
250 recharge on my phone i again called 198 another customer care
number executive on this number confirmed that a recharge of 250 is
received and they have given only given 0.01 rs against it for that he
registered a complaint. SMS of reliance assured that my complaint will be
resolved in 48 hrs. i Called again on 08 June 2012 for the followup on
customer care another executive said me that i will be given only 0.01 Rs
as their company do not have any voucher of Rs. 250.
Here My point is these telecom companies keep on changing their
voucher values as a customer it is very difficult to check every time what
are available voucher in case if a customer recharge with some other value
should not they reject the transaction because there are other valid
vouchers like GPRS plans etc. which credit only 0.01 rs these plans also
keep on change time to time. This company must be making Lakes of Rs.
by not giving talk value or other services to customers.
