i am using reliance smart services of GPRS plan Rs.101
the Company says its a unlimited GPRS plan but after 20 – 22 days it start deducting amount from the main balance .
Last month is deduct near about Rs. 300

i am one of the oldest customer of GSM relaince smart.for last couple of months am facing unnecceray trouble and not at all satisfied with the services of the company.balance get reduced without making calls for that duration.just few minutes back my balance was 98rupees.i made a call just for 10minutes.my call rate is just50paisa per minute.now my balance stand to 65rupees.there is some groce blunder for sure.apart from this i also have prob with sms pack.when thr was the scheme of Rs19 sms pack,i recharged with it,and evry month it get renewd automatically.this month on the day of it lapse i kept sufficient balance so that it get reduced and my number get recharged as always.bt this time after the due date passed my balance started reducing 50paise per sms.when i saw that sms pack didnt get renewd itself,i myself recharged with39rupees sms pack.what a harrasment,a day aftr that again 19rupees got deducted from my main balance.why should i tolerate all these sufferings becoz of loofoles in thr services.how can they recharge the same number with two sms pack for the same month?????an std call for 10min being charged with 40 rupees!!!!!!!!!!customer care numbers hardly entertain the calls,most of the time engaged,and one cannot spare so much time for it.kindly look into the matter.so that the customer dont have to go through these troubles again and again.and make sure that the uncessary debited amount is being returnd to my main balance.
