Reliance sim barred

I have take a reliance GSM post paid connection & i have submitted my all required documents.But after 1 week automatically my service barred without any reason. My connection was GSM post paid unlimited plan 1299.Today i got a call for verification i gave all my detail over phone but still my services barred.Please help…
