I have been using Reliance prepaid No. 9015289003, since August, 2011 and recently i made a recharge of Rs. 111, So my current balance as on date; 16/06/2012 was Rs. 102/- . On 17/06/2012 my No. 9015289003 was terminated, now when i went to inquire about it, they told me my no. is terminated and when i asked for a reason, they told me its due to lack of documents. When i pointed out that your system is displaying my documents and even i could see it on the computer screen (my pan card and Driving license). The personal then told me ” sorry sir we have your documents and we will let you know the reason of termination after two days.” And they also claimed that the no. will not activated at all and your balance is also lost.
So i humbly request to check in this matter. and resolve the issue.
otherwise i would have to register a complaint in consumer court.
