I recharged my mobile no 9832458388 by a 3g pack from website of relaince and paid the amt from net banking. i got the msg that my recharge is successful through sms. but after 3 mins i got another sms from reliance that reads ” dear customer we are sorry for inconvenience kindly try after sometime ” I neither got any data in my ph no. nor my amt got refunded . instead of sending many complaint they simply denied to give me positive answer.
