Reliance has got the most pathetic customer service ever seen….for any sale, they will be after you and will get on to your nerves but for any assistance they will just disappear, you keep trying to get in touch with them but you will never be able to get through their numbers or even if you will be able to get in touch with any of the customer service executive they would tell you to get in touch with the person who made the sales but these executives will never take the complaint or give any satisfactory answer. India is way behind in customer service. People here only know how to make their commissions by making a sales but don’t know how to retain a customer.
