Dear Reliance,

Have a look on the trailing mail, the conversation we had, till now I din’t get the JUSTICE, today I got call from reliance that, you have to pay at least 1600 Rs. or else, we have issued notice you need to visit court, they are telling.

see this is the last request from my side, if You really want to see costumer happy and loyalty, give me the justice, and take action on who is simply bluffing and giving false promises.

Dear Reliance,

I am Dr.Kumar Rathod Managing Director Of EDS, Actor and Director of Kannda Films as well, i am an Existing Reliance Netconnect Customer with the Number 7483368362.
I Have called and told Reliance On 13th Feb 2012 that i lost my Modem and also i was suppose to go to Malasia for the job so i dint wanted to use net on the reliance netconnect so i requested to De activate and Terminate, so Reliance(Customer care) agreed for that.

Later on around 14 Feb2012 i again got a call from Reliance saying i am a gold member of reliance so there is good offer for 600 rupees, they told me not to deactivate and utilize this offer so i agreed because by that time i found my modem which was lost and i even had cancelled my Malaysia program. but when i was using Net on around 15 feb 2012 again there was a lot of problem while connecting the net, i fed up and called same day to Reliance Customer care to deactivate Customer care told that there is a Server pro blem in that time by night 08pm to 11pm till 4-5 days, so i told him to deactivate the services so he tried to convince me and said now we resolved the connection problem, but i told i dont want to use reliance anymore please deactivate later he also agreed and taken the request for 2nd time and given complaint number as 172447994 he clearly told me that it will take 7 days to terminate and you suppose to pay 200 rupees for March Month and No need to visite reliance branch or web world.

Now when i called Customer care today they are telling that last time when i called customer care 15 feb 2012 the customer care mentioned i have agreed for the offer so i dont want to deactivate it which is 100 % not TRUTH. on 15th feb what Your Customer care told i have already mentioned in the above paragraph at least now i expect justice from you.

One more Important thing please note- i am a very busy person time is very imp for me i dont have time to call again and again and dont have time to visite y today(08/03/2012) 04th time i called Reliance for de activation all the time they are taking the request and promising like before.
