I have taken a postpaid connection of reliance net connect on 10 february 2011 from reliance web world at nagarjuna Circle, Punjagutta, Hyderabad.
The reliance executive Miss Ramia informed me that there is a very good corporate plan of 4months 10GB advance rental rental.I paid the full amount of 4 months advance rental of Rs.1750/- and my device was activated.I did not get any receipt as they had the system problem.
I got the call from the reliance department that Rs.1000/- only was credited to my account.When asked Ramia about the short credit, she told me not to worry, there is some billing problem.
The total usage by me during the billing period was only 150MB and the bill i received Rs.655/-
When contacted to Miss Ramia on reliance world on Ph:040-30639990, she is telling me there is some billing delay from there end and the plan was activated very late on 22nd February and asking to pay half of the amount Rs.300/-.
I paid the amount of Rs.300/- for not using even the one tenth of the plan and i know for sure there will be no reversal of the balance.
Fearing the billing I am scared to use net connect at all.
