Reliance net connect +

Dear sir/mam,
i am also sending you soft copies of mails which i gieven to reliance customer care,since last 20 days My reliance netconnect +(high spped) is working on 1x,i had given calls to cunsumer forum atleast 15-20 times but till now same issue is continue.on 20th june 2012 at 11.01 AM i got call from Reliance they told me that this will not repeat again but till date its same.

i am regularly talking to your customer care executive on phone on *355,

i have already done all setting provided by you in attachment.

1-my data card model no is -AC2737
2-month n year of manufacture-8/2011
3-Laptop model -HP 630
4-Facing problem whole day since last 20 days
5- with all sites
6-signal strength full but when i use to connect all HSD signal
vanished from my Data card.
7- preferred time to visit after 6 in evening.

8- Near arya samaj mandir
