Name of company/service: Reliance Mobile
Due to poor network, ficticious billing & worst service i decided to switch over to Airtel through Mobile number portability. Accordingly i cleared my bill of Rs 1385 (thirteen hundred eighty five) as told by the customer care representative of reliance mobile in counter (VXL services, Shillong)on 17/05/2012. on 18/05/2012 i applied for mobile number portability in airtel and accordingly i sent request for porting to reliance but reliance rejected my request quoting the reason of “outstanding dues pending”. kindly help me in this matter
