I have taken a Relaince gsm mobile # 8688614752 some time back, from last one month Iam continuously getting sms from relaince , mentioning that you have been subscribed to so and so VAS service Pack and the amount has been deducted from your account. I have sent mails, call customer support, but it could neither be resolved nor I get the amount refunded.
Reliance GSM is cheating customers by auto subscribing to various VAS Packs without the knowledge of customer. All the balance in your phone will be exhausted in no time and you will be left with no option but to post complaints on consumer complaint sites, as the customer support team is turning a deaf ear towards the grievances.
I don’t understand why Reliance is adopting so cheap tricks to make business, when they can do it by providing quality service to the customers.
I request the viewers to beware of service providers like Reliance while taking mobile services
